We really love this soup; it is light, comforting and very filling with a piece of toasted sourdough.
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 15oz. of chicken broth (we use the empty tomato sauce can to measure)
- 2/3 cup low fat yogurt or Greek yogurt.
- 2 tsp. Truvia. and salt and pepper to taste
add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan. Heat and whisk until ready. Add some parmesan cheese, mozzarella or toast depending on what kind meal you are eating.
